Our Wedding Content Creator (WCC) or Wedding Day Content Creator services offer you the opportunity to be fully present on your wedding day, have every little moments of the day captured while also sharing the experience online in real-time and reliving it the next day.
WCC is not a substitute for professional photographers and videographers. You still need them for your album-worthy photos and well-edited films. Consider us as an addition to your media team on your wedding day. Check out my Reels.

The process of Wedding Content Creation
Initial Consultation (free):
Before you decide to hire us, an initial consultation will help us to understand the general picture of your dream day and help you to see if we are the right fit for your big day. This consultation will also help us design a customized package if you are looking for something outside of our standard packages.
Content Planning Begins:
Once you decide to hire us, you will sign the contract and pay the retainer fee to lock in your date (we highly recommend you to lock in your date as soon as possible due to high demand in the wedding season). Once that is done, we will share with you documents via a client portal. In these documents, we will plan inspirations for our short videos, shot list, video guestbook et.
Final Meeting:
2 week before your wedding, we will hop on a call to finalize the timeline, shot list and the content-related info. This is where we can make any final changes such as new transitions, new trending sounds etc. It is also a good opportunity for us to get to know your VIP and wedding planner/coordinator (if you have one).
Wedding Day:
It's here and you deserve to enjoy every ounce of it. Sit back and relax. We will follow the timeline and be there to capture every moment of your magical day.
Post Wedding:
We will deliver your gallery within 24 hours. That means you get to re-live the moment without waiting several weeks. Within 48 hours, your short edited videos (under 3 mins) will be ready for you to post! No extra phone storage required.

Add-on Services:
Additional on-site hours: $90 per hour
Additional Reel/TikTok videos: $100 per video
Second Shooter: $90 per hour. Minimum 3 hours.
Timeline Consultation: $250 (A great add-on if you don't have a coordinator)
Travel: We are based in BC, Canada and Southern California, US but available to travel. 50km complimentary round-trip travel available (from Vancouver and Laguna Beach office)
